Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It has every feature, for one staff seat, up to 50 jobs a month and one company. No card is needed to sign up.
What counts as a company?
A company is a separate business with its own clients, jobs, quotes and invoices. One plan covers every company you own, up to the number shown for that plan.
What happens if I reach a limit?
You will be told when you try to add the next job, staff member or file. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade from the Billing page to carry on.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Change plan or cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are in Australian dollars. Your receipt from our payment provider shows any tax that applies.
