Why we built it
One job, typed in once
Most small service businesses run on a patchwork: enquiries in an inbox, quotes in a document, the schedule in someone's head and invoices in something else again. The same client and the same job get typed in four times.
AssignPulse keeps it as one record. A request becomes a quote, an accepted quote becomes a job, and the finished job gets invoiced, with the client kept up to date by email at each step.
